The location was good and lovely - 500 metres away from Santa Maria Street. There were bar & restaurant and a restaurant with a wide array of food. The room we booked was top-class and extremely spacious, with a supersmall bedroom, balcony, as example.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right in the heart of the Old Town, adjacent to an excellent restaurant. You can easily explore the local area and enjoy the traditional atmosphere. The rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, and the balconies offer a lovely view. The staff provide excellent service and are always on hand to help.

I had a fantastic stay at Apartments Madeira in the heart of the charming old town. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and bars, with the beautiful doors covered in art just steps away. The host, Abel, was incredibly friendly and provided helpful tips for exploring the area. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. The concrete beach and ocean pool were only a short walk away, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I also appreciated the convenience of free parking spots nearby. I highly recommend Apartments Madeira Old Town for an extended stay in Funchal. Thank you for a great experience!

This hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes from the sea and within easy walking distance to the Farmers Market and the charming "Old Town" area. The rooms are well-equipped with a kitchen and all facilities, perfect for a self-catering stay. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Great location, easy access to many attractions and public transport. The view from the balcony was stunning! The apartment was well-equipped, with a washing machine and good Wi-Fi. The owners were very helpful and offered great service, even organising our transfers.
We were uncomfortable during our stay due to the lack of air conditioning. Opening windows did not provide enough ventilation, and the apartment became quite stuffy.
